I must admit the Apollo systems are definitely worth the price! This is my second system I have purchased in 2 months. I was so happy & satisfied with the Apollo 1000 watt Umbrella Hood (UM-42) that I decided to get rid of my other older magnetic ballast system & grow totally 100% with Apollo products! Also you can’t beat the 3 year warranty on the ballasts!

I would recommend this for everyone, beginners & pros. Smooth operation, no noise, built in fans, discreet packaging etc! Apollo all the way for me from now on!!
I live in Alaska so I chose the wing hood reflector so the residual heat from the light would help to heat the grow room, worked out great. I wasn't sure about the bulbs used but the plants are growing at a rate of 2 to 3 inches a day. I've already ordered another unit and I'm sure I will be ordering more in the near future.
